Our Great Opportunity We are now looking for an Optimization Engineer. In this role the person will be responsible for performing optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for optimization of RAN. The role focuses on executing audit and optimization of services, where you lead part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. You will • Deliver network optimization services to our customers • Be involved in tests of Ericsson SW/HW/features • Participate in experience sharing activities, learning events for colleagues and customer representatives • Collect and document customer requirements, analyse and react respectively to increase our customer satisfaction rate
