主要工作： Press machine maintenance daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly ,keep records 冲压机设备日/月/季度/年度保养维护，点检并记录 To change the material 换钢材原材料 Raw material quality checking 原材料品质检查 To monitor the press machine running and to handle controller 冲压机的运行状况，简单的故障排除，控制面板的操作 To measure the parts dimension and maintain RQM sys，stop machine when some quality issue then report to supervisor 产品测量并维护RQM系统，有权在产品质量出现异常时立即停机报告 Heat parts separate 热机品隔离报废 To use the right container 使用正确的盛放产品的容器 Tooling repair 模具维修 Make production RQM record 生产报表/良率统计表/RQM数据维护 Scrap parts 报废品的处置 Big issue report to supervisor 大的问题自己无法解决的问题报告给主管 To follow production planner arrangement 依照生产计划执行班次 Supervisor’s other arrangement 主管安排的其他事项
